Chrysalis Body
Welcome to Chrysalis Body. This program is designed for the female looking to tone, build, or slim her figure using HITT style workouts and a variety of options depending on your equipment or lack of. The design of the program was inspired after having years of recovery under my belt and needing to stay in shape without paying a personal trainer or expensive gym membership. As with any fitness program, it's always best to seek the advice of your medical professional and get clearance for full workouts. This program is not recommended for anyone who has not been fully cleared from their surgeon to return to full body workouts and is absolutely not recommended within the first 6-8 weeks post-op breast surgery. These workouts are FREE for your use. As with the Chrysalis Breast Method, I ask that you consider a donation to help me continue to run this site and provide you with the knowledge and resources I have compiled.
When performing any/all exercises provided by Chrysalis, the participant assumes all risk of injury or harm as a result of the activities specified and agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and forever discharge the releasee from all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and causes of action, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated, or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of the use of following Chrysalis protocol.

Here you will find several workouts designed to focus on the upper body muscles. You will find exercises which are designed for a gym, home, with and without weights/resistance bands. Always listen to your body and modify accordingly. If you're doing these after breast surgery use extra caution and add weights gradually and only after clearance from your surgeon.
