One of the most important things you can do after surgery to help your body heal is feed it with protein and nutrient-rich foods. Because you may not feel like cooking the first few days after surgery, the Chrysalis program will arm you with easy-to-prepare meals and snacks as well as show you some ways to prepare food in advance to have on hand after surgery. 

Each week during the Chrysalis program you will have access to meal and snack suggestions as well as recipes designed and approved by our team of Registered Dietitians.  Keeping your body fueled with healthy foods is essential in a speedy recovery. Hydration is extremely important not only on a normal day but especially when your body is recovering from a surgery. But you don't have to try to figure this out alone. We have a team of professionals who have done the legwork for you. All you have to do is follow our plan and enjoy seeing progress with your recovery week after week. 

The Chrysalis Method's nutritional advice covers multiple layers, from avoiding salty foods that can make you bloated and puffy to healthy ways to still enjoy that morning cup of coffee. We guide you on how much water you should be drinking daily, how much protein your body needs to heal and we even give you more than 20 delicious recipes that are easy to prepare and will ensure that your body gets what it needs for a speedy recovery. You even have access to an online forum to share recipes with others in the program, or even ask questions of the group.
